You will be an important part of our talented and highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile transactions. EY has an established, industry‑leading M&A Practice. Within the M&A group, we offer expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing and valuations and advise clients on all aspects of strategic transaction and capital sourcing activities.
