Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician - Millwright (Building Operator) FT 2nd shift
Job Description Summary: The Building Operator/Millwright takes direction from the Building Operator Lead Hand and is responsible for operation and maintenance functions within designated facilities that include single buildings or a portfolio of buildings within judicial institutions. The Building Operator performs a wide variety of maintenance, repair, minor alterations and service functions, operates and maintains designated buildings and related equipment, handles major emergencies, maximizes predictive and preventative maintenance activities. The Building Operator/Millwirght will be required to work rotating shifts and be on-call for emergency call out as required.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $36.31 - $42.72 CAD Hourly.
