• Salary range of $59,400 to $64,000 per year

• Serve as the care partner's advocate and primary point of contact throughout the sales process
• Build strong, trusting relationships through timely and personalized communication
• Deliver customized training and support sessions tailored to the care partner's needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of all care partner interactions and updates in the CRM
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve challenges and enhance the care partner experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in sales, engagement, or relationship management strongly preferred
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Office 365, and Zoom preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all channels

• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong empathy and customer-centered mindset
• Proven ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with presenting technology and training users with varying skill levels
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback
