🧾 Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Freelancer) to join our remote support team. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who have a strong background in customer service and administrative tasks. As a virtual assistant, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities including responding to client inquiries, managing schedules, organizing files, and performing general administrative duties to support our day-to-day operations. This is a fully remote, freelance opportunity with flexible hours, perfect for professionals seeking work-life balance.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service through email, chat, and other communication platforms.

  • Schedule appointments, organize calendars, and send reminders to clients and staff.

  • Manage digital documents, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks accurately.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

  • Monitor and respond to incoming communication, forwarding messages as appropriate.

  • Support administrative projects and perform general office tasks as required.

  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely and organized manner.

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company and client information.

🛠️ Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or customer support role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and/or English.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Zoom, and CRMs.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands.

  • Fast and reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop.

🎓 Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or customer support roles (remote experience preferred).
