Our team in the sun‑soaked São Paulo office is currently looking for an ambitious VIP Account Manager to join the team full‑time.

As a VIP Account Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following:

Design the relationship strategy for the clients classified as VIP

Directly manage the top High Roller clients with close monitoring

Analyze gameplay history, frequency, and behavior to prioritize actions

Define cadence and action plans for the junior VIP Managers

  • Validate bonuses, campaigns, and tailored offers with the Marketing team
  • Lead strategic meetings with the Head of VIP and CRM to align goals and opportunities
Required skills:
  • 24 years in account management in tech and digital sectors. Experience in the online casino or iGaming industry is considered a strong plus
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and the occasional weekend to support key VIP moments
  • Experience handling large monthly player portfolios with significant net revenue contributions
  • Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Strong understanding of VIP psychology and retention tactics

  • Reliable in logging and updating client interactions and engagement status in CRM systems. (e.g. Zendesk, Intercom, Backoffice tools)
  • Comfortable using basic CRM and reporting tools (e.g. Fast Track, Optimove, Salesforce, internal dashboards)

Comfortable with high levels of personalization and discretion

  • Data‑savvy: able to analyze player data and identify revenue opportunities
  • Available for high‑touch engagement including off‑hours support and VIP events

Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus but not required
