3. Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators, with ability to analyze and optimize results.
4. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
5. Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
6. Advanced or fluent English.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead operational teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of services provided.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and achieve goals.
3. Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
4. Collaborate with other areas to ensure integration and alignment of operations.
5. Keep up to date with best management practices and market trends.
