Amazon is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a transformative initiative within our Payments Business Operations as part of our upcoming strategic partnership with Oakberry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to revolutionize operational processes through modern AI and ML technologies, while driving operational excellence and efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Lead the end-to-end transformation of Payments Business Operations, focusing on efficiency, self-service capabilities, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
  2. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and optimize key operational processes.
  3. Develop and implement AI and ML use cases to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve operational metrics.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation initiatives with broader business objectives and technical roadmaps.
  5. Drive data-driven insights and translate them into actionable improvement plans.
  6. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of transformation initiatives.
  7. Evaluate and integrate new technologies and payment partners to support innovative features and launches.
  8. Orchestrate high-stakes business events and operational reviews, ensuring readiness and cross-team alignment.
Minimum requirements
  • Solid program or project management experience.
  • Experience developing program strategies and plans, executing them, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced to fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and ML technologies for business process optimization.
  • Experience driving process improvements.
Preferred qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields.
