Kuaishou Technology is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue growth and support advertising operations in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales with strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as fluency in Chinese and Portuguese. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives for Brazilian advertising operations to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
  2. Coordinate with the sales team to promote the implementation of sales management policies.
  3. Responsible for advertising revenue accounting, interpreting relevant accounting policies, and completing revenue accounting.
  4. Create and maintain operational processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines for the sales team.
  5. Manage the sales budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales objectives.
  6. Maintain good communication with headquarters.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and plans.
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data to drive decision-making.
  4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Native Chinese speakers and proficiency in Portuguese.
