A leading e-commerce platform in São Paulo seeks an Account Manager to enhance seller experiences and drive adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon. This role involves managing a pipeline of merchants, educating them on best practices, and utilizing data-driven strategies to achieve growth targets. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills and experience with CRM tools.
Amazon team is looking for Account Managers to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
A key focus of your role will be promoting and driving adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will educate sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads and support their adoption of Amazon's Ads solutions, unlocking new avenues for growth. Utilizing your understanding of industry trends and seller pain points, you will map new business opportunities, such as selection gaps in specific subcategories, and connect this valuable information to inform our overall sales strategy.
Your role as the voice of the seller is crucial - you will escalate feedback to the appropriate teams and collaborate cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools.
