Job summary
A leading EPC company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking talented individuals to support their IT/ERP systems. Responsibilities include understanding business processes, assisting with system configurations, and training users. Responsibilities
- Understand business processes, KPIs, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Work with IT deployment teams for ERP configuration and changes.
- Assist users in utilizing IT systems effectively.
- Work with functional business units to understand their business processes, KPI’s, organization structure and recommend/build work-flow solutions and reports that are global and scalable
- Work with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, business process related scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards
- Help administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users to effectively and efficiently utilize IT/ERP Systems functionality
- Manage and ensure resolution for all internal IT/ERP Systems related projects, upgrades and change requests
- Document, maintain and update system-level customizations as well as training materials
- Assists with functional migration to the new IT/ERP systems, data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts
- Collaborate with the functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing
- Provide monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ ERP Manager on over all IT/ERP activities
- Other duties requested by management in support of team work as & when required
