Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years experience in Acquisition Finance, Leveraged Finance or M&A advisory.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out analysis of industries and companies.
• Prepare and lead the financial model.
• Support preparation of pitch books and client documents.
• Build relationships throughout MUFG for collaboration.
• Meet operational management and compliance standards.

Skills

Accounting and corporate finance knowledge

Credit analysis and cashflow modelling

Experience creating clear structured and compelling pitch materials

Good written and spoken English

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Competency in another European language

Education

A Bachelor's degree

Relevant Professional qualification (e.g. CFA)
