Job summary
An IT consulting firm in Dubai is seeking a D365 F&O Functional Consultant who speaks Arabic to work on various projects. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and real estate industry exposure. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring modules, conducting user training, and supporting internal teams. The role involves frequent travel within GCC countries based on project needs.

- Experience in the Real Estate Industry is a MUST.
- Proven experience in system configuration and functional support.

We are partnering with global IT Consulting based in Dubai looking for D365 F&O Functional Consultant to work different project clients on gathering and documents business requirements. Configures and supports D365 Finance and Operations modules. Manages functional testing and UAT and provides user training documentation and support.
- Collect and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 F&O based on department needs.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O modules (Finance Procurement Projects and Supply Chain) to support QRCS workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines and deliverables.
- Perform functional testing, identify system issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Provide user training and technical support to internal teams across departments and field offices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for configurations processes and customizations.
- Coordinate with developers for system integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. fundraising logistics).
- Continuously assess system performance and recommend enhancements aligned with QRCSs digital transformation goals.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
- Real Estate Industry experience is a MUST
- In‑depth knowledge of finance procurement project and logistics processes within NGOs or similar organizations.
- Proven experience in system configuration module customization and functional support.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g. APIs Power Platform).
- Strong analytical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance SCM Projects modules)

- SQL and basic report querying
