We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Consultant with a strong background in UAE company formation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently research connect and convert leads through multiple platforms while efficiently handling leads provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in starting or expanding their business in the UAE.
  • Advise clients on Freezone Mainland and Offshore license options guiding them through the entire business setup process.
  • Generate leads through digital research networking and professional platforms such as LinkedIn and other business directories.
  • Follow up promptly with leads provided by the company and convert them into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (PRO accounting operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions sales and progress using CRM tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business setup consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of UAE company formation procedures license types and relevant authorities.
  • Proven ability to generate and close leads independently.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated goal‑oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
