A leading asset integrity engineering firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic leadership for their Third-Party Inspection and Testing Services business. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in inspection and testing in the oil and gas industry, with proven skills in operations management and business development. This role includes overseeing multiple functions and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in the TPI Inspection, Testing or Oil & Gas services industry.
- Minimum 15 years in a senior leadership/general management role.
- In-depth knowledge of international inspection codes and industry practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic plans to expand market presence.
- Oversee Operations ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Lead and develop department heads and key personnel.
