Black & Grey HR is hiring a CFO for a trusted leading multi‑brand retail and distribution network across the GCC, Levant, and North Africa. The CFO will be responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role requires a results‑oriented finance leader with expertise in financial planning, treasury management, risk control, and supporting large‑scale retail, distribution, and e‑commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives and long‑term growth plans.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and treasury.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources across retail, distribution, and e‑commerce divisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, governance frameworks, and audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions (GCC, Levant, North Africa).
• Build and manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding and optimize capital structure.
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on investment decisions, business expansion, and market entry strategies.
• Provide strategic insights through accurate financial analysis, risk assessment, and reporting to support decision‑making.
• Lead the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls, efficiency in financial operations, and talent development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in retail, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, treasury, risk management, and international accounting standards.
• Track record in driving financial efficiency and supporting large‑scale business transformations.
• Experience managing financial operations across multi‑country markets, preferably in GCC, Levant, and North Africa.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
