About the Role —

Looking for a superstar Executive Assistant to work alongside a visionary founder:

You’ll be working side-by-side with Peter Szabo, a young and energetic founder who built his first business at 11 and has since helped clients generate over a hundred million collectively in online sales across multiple industries.

Peter has spent over 15+ years in business, during which he was mastering the intersection of AI, eCommerce, psychology and paid media — building brands, scaling systems, and mentoring entrepreneurs globally. He’s part operator, part strategist, and part disruptor — blending sharp execution with bold vision.

As his Executive Assistant, you’ll be stepping into the operations of his most recent multi 7 figure venture:

  • working in alongside him to turn ideas into momentum,
  • shaping how high-level decisions get executed,

About the Company —

We’re a fast-growing AI-powered eCommerce agency and consulting company helping entrepreneurs build scalable, sustainable online brands. Founded in 2015, our clients range from new entrepreneurs to 8-figure business owners — many of whom have built life-changing results through our systems.

Purpose —

This position exists to create structure and flow in both the CEO’s professional and personal life — acting as his strategic support system.

You’ll handle logistics, scheduling, research, and task coordination so he can focus on vision, growth, and execution.

Key Results —
a) Organisation & Efficiency
  • Calendar, inbox, and project management mastery — “inbox zero” is the standard.
  • The CEO always has what he needs, when he needs it — no chaos, no clutter.
  • Documents, files, and priorities are impeccably organised across systems (Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, etc.).
b) Communication
  • You act as a gatekeeper and bridge — managing communication between the CEO, clients, and partners.
  • You know what matters most, and you communicate clearly, directly, and fast.
  • You filter out noise and make sure only actionable, high-leverage information reaches the CEO.
c) Implementation
  • You follow through on delegated tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • When needed, you take ownership and get things done yourself — no hand-holding required.
  • You thrive on autonomy and make decisions confidently within your scope.
d) Personal Projects & Lifestyle Support
  • Managing travel, bookings, and ad hoc personal matters.
  • Coordinating with service providers, vendors, and local contacts when needed.
  • Acting as the operational backbone for both business and life management.
