Technical Project Manager jobs in United Arab Emirates

For our Market Organization Middle East we are looking for an experience Site Engineer to managing on-site-activities and coordinate with technical projects with customers, subcontractors and internal teams. The person should be based in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• Lead and manage all on-site activities, including supervision of direct and subcontracted labor
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Engage with global and local teams to ensure technical project alignment
• Coordinate site activities and maintenance response with customer’s technical teams
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, documentation, and progress updates when applicable
• Site activities include installation, commissioning or supervision
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Supervise the commissioning, testing, and handover of all project systems and components
• Manage on-site maintenance activities and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
• Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on-site at all times
• Serve as the primary on-site technical advisor, resolving engineering and construction challenges
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor performance and address issues
• Ensure all work is performed according to approved method statements and drawings

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 4+ years of experience in site engineering, site services, project management or a technical field
• Working experience with crane industry or port equipment's or logistics automation industry in similar role would be an advantage
• Experience in Electro-mechanical systems
• Proven ability to successfully drive processes for complex electrical engineering products and systems
• Communication skills including active listening, presentation skills, articulation of ideas and concepts
• Fluent in English (writing/speaking)
