  • Coordinates unconventional operations executed by the Technical Service Personnel and Asset Management. Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to policies and regulations at work sites, onshore and offshore


Job Description

Serves as a point of contact for customers during project planning and execution, also for the various functional areas



  • Coordinates Field services operations, ensures compliance with established sales and cost budgets and schedules

  • Ensures site organization of service technicians, in coordination with engineers, logistics and warehouse function and local agents and suppliers

  • Builds and maintains relationship with customer and other suppliers associated with the project

  • Performs the planning of project execution

  • Coordinates with Service Project Manager to establish a realistic project schedule and monitors compliance with the defined project objectives and project management processes

  • Ensures that the project status and progress is effectively communicated to the Project Team and to the customer

  • Plans and communicates the project asset supply and staffing plans and organization. Conducts billing for services and maintains all job-related documentation.

  • Ability to provide input and solve difficult/specialized technical issues that require knowledge related to technical/functional project field

  • Maintains monthly reporting's on P&L financials

  • Reviews and approves Field Service Orders and in-country invoices

  • Visits clients as required to review operations. Works within the defined contract and issues notices on those operations that increase scope

  • Checks that all field procedures are received, accurate, followed and signed-off on

  • Acts as Technical subject-matter expert or Promotes liaison with the Technical Subject-Matter experts

  • Ensures that all organization activities and operations under his/her perimeter are carried out in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations

  • Implements policies and programs as needed. May also challenge and improves those policies


You are meant for this job if:


  • Degree in engineering or technical subject preferred (not essential if compensated by substantial field experience).

  • In-depth understanding of oilfield operations, frac and unconventional equipment, and project management methodologies.

  • Work experience can compensate for lack of formal Education

  • Demonstrated hands-on field experience in wellhead or related oil & gas operations.

  • Proven track record supervising projects in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

  • Experience with TechnipFMC iComplete systems is a significant advantage.

  • BOSIET, H2S awareness, TechnipFMC HSE, and quality programs.

  • Additional certifications in project management, Lean Six Sigma (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

  • Strong English language communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build trust with clients and internal teams.

  • High resilience—remains calm and effective under pressure, handles frustration and setbacks professionally.

  • Culturally aware and able to work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams.

  • Self‑starter: demonstrates initiative, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

  • Patient and adaptable; able to handle frustration and annoyance without outward indications.

  • Advanced proficiency in reading engineering drawings and layouts (Visio, CAD).

  • Strong analytical and process improvement mindset; able to identify and implement operational efficiencies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, SAP, and digital field ticketing systems.

  • Comfortable with oilfield lingo and able to adapt communication style to different audiences.

  • Demonstrated leadership in field and project settings.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to sudden changes in planning and operations.

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing field teams.
