A luxury retail leader in the Middle East is seeking an enthusiastic CRM Trade Manager based in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will execute and manage customer-centric multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your experience in luxury retail and CRM strategy will enable you to enhance customer engagement, optimize marketing performance, and drive KPIs. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of relevant experience and a background in automated CRM journeys, particularly with Salesforce. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced CRM Trade Manager who will be responsible for executing and planning customer-centric multi-channel marketing campaigns. They will do so by leveraging CRM insights, technology and best practice. The role will play a crucial role in developing and shaping CRM acquisition & retention strategy while driving performance and engagement within various customer segments to ultimately drive an uplift in key performance KPIs within various Al Tayer Insignia portfolios of brands.
