GAL is currently hiring for a Aviation Program Manager for our VIP operations.
Location: Abu Dhabi
The Aviation Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and operational management of rotary aviation programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
This role demands a dynamic leader with comprehensive knowledge of rotary aviation operations, program management expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
In addition to managing program activities, the Aviation Program Manager plays a hands-on role in daily operational oversight, ensuring seamless integration of program goals with flight operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Military background
- Minimum of 7 to10 Years Experience working in a management role.
- Experience of working with Rotary OEMs
- Minimum of 10 Years Experience in Rotary Aviation modification and operations
- Familiar with Aviation Regulations (Military and Civil Regulations (EASA, GCAA, UAEMAR etc.)
- Knowledge of Airworthiness concepts and the application of those concepts.
- Knowledge of Program/Project management principles
