Program Manager

Role Purpose
Responsible for overseeing implementation and review of product management guidelines and supporting cross‑functional teams. Supports the Head of Product with product financials, product marketing, process improvement, business development and digital solutions for the Government Housing Program proposition.
Key Accountabilities
Product & Digital Solutions
- Assist in introducing or revamping products and campaigns to increase Home Finance revenue in line with the business plan.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the Home Finance Remote Sales Solution Journey and ensure delivery of acquisition and KPI targets.
- Design and publish monthly product dashboards to reflect product‑related trends and business objectives on key KPIs.
- Monitor product line performance against key measures and report results with recommendations.
- Interface with operations, sales and other ADIB stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of product processing requirements and meet business targets.
Financials
- Monitor portfolio and new sales performance against business objectives on revenue, expenses and loss provisions.
- Assess effectiveness of revenue generation and profitability of new and existing products.
- Collaborate with Product Head and finance team on annual budget plans for the Home Finance business.
- Support the Product Head with design and testing of financial models to forecast new product feasibilities based on practical business assumptions and empirical data.
- Monitor accuracy of profit rates, margins and fee implementation for new bookings.
- Manage Home Finance incentive and payout processes and schemes.
Marketing
- Track effectiveness of Home Finance product and marketing campaigns.
- Roll out new products and campaigns to branch network, call centre and sales teams.
- Work with the marketing team to create and develop HFFAQ flyers, customer application forms, declaration forms, product feature flyers and customer letters.
- Co‑operate with the marketing team on digital marketing campaigns and initiatives throughout the year, including ATL, Social Media Ads, Google Ads and Email.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge
- University degree with at least seven years of relevant experience, including one year in Home Finance Product, Policy, Marketing, Business Development or Operations.
- Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
- Strong analytics skills.
- Project management skills.
- Business management / revenue management background.
- Excellent planning, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
