Overview

Amazon is seeking ambitious students to join as a Program Manager Intern across core businesses such as Retail, Operations, Vendor Services, Merchant Services, Prime Video, Prime Now, Fresh, and Advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross‑functional teams on impactful projects and deliverables.
• Engage with Amazonians, build relationships, and leverage mentorship programs.
• Own assigned project and work in a real‑world setting.
• Collaborate in analytics and business intelligence to enhance processes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, e‑commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
• Available to begin internship between January and December 2026, for 3‑6 months full‑time (40h/week).
• Strong communications and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Results‑driven focus with analytical capability.
• Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices.
