Job summary
A fintech company based in Dubai is seeking a Growth Partnerships & Banking Manager to expand its partnerships with banking and financial institutions. Responsibilities include identifying, onboarding partners, and negotiating agreements. Successful candidates will have a strong network and experience in fintech or crypto, with a preference for Mandarin speakers.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in partnership or business development in fintech or crypto.
- Strong track record in managing successful partnerships.
- Familiarity with crypto/fiat ramps and payment systems.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard banking and financial partners globally.
- Negotiate partnership agreements with PSPs and fiat on/off ramps.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership roadmaps.
- Drive revenue and user growth through banking integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Compliance and Legal teams.

- Identify and onboard banking and financial partners globally
- Negotiate partnership agreements with PSPs and fiat on/off ramps
- Develop and execute strategic partnership roadmaps
- Drive revenue and user growth through banking integrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Compliance and Legal teams
- Track record of successful partnership management in fintech or crypto
- Strong network within banking payments or financial services
- Ability to lead negotiations and structure commercial deals
- Familiarity with crypto/fiat ramps e-wallets and remittance channels
- Mandarin proficiency preferred
