Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Customer Success experience.
- Must be a UAE national (Emirati).
- Proven track record of developing customer retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Prince2 or PMP qualifications desirable.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement of 50+ operators across UAE.
- Identify opportunities for customer growth.
- Develop and maintain reports for customer growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer portfolio health.
