Job summary

A leading food tech company in the UAE is looking for a Customer Success Manager. You will engage operators of delivery-only businesses and drive customer retention efforts while looking for growth opportunities. Ideal candidates are Emirati nationals with experience in Customer Success, fluency in Arabic and English, and a passion for improving client satisfaction. This role is based in Dubai and requires on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success experience.
  • Must be a UAE national (Emirati).
  • Proven track record of developing customer retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Prince2 or PMP qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement of 50+ operators across UAE.
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth.
  • Develop and maintain reports for customer growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer portfolio health.
