About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven User Acquisition Lead to join our team at Raseed. This role is instrumental in driving our performance marketing efforts across different channels. The ideal candidate will be an expert in user acquisition, attribution, and growth marketing strategies. You will play a key role in optimizing acquisition efforts and scaling our customer base efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Co-Lead and execute performance marketing campaigns across different channels.
2. Develop and implement data-driven acquisition strategies, ensuring optimal allocation of budget and resources.
3. Optimize campaign performance to drive high-quality user acquisition while maintaining strong unit economics.
4. Work cross-functionally with product, data, creative, and compliance teams to refine messaging, targeting, and customer journey improvements.
5. Enhance attribution modeling and tracking, ensuring accurate measurement of multi-channel impact and conversion efficiency.
6. Analyze campaign performance and insights, leveraging analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
7. Drive experimentation and A/B testing to iterate and refine strategies, improving conversion rates and ROAS.
8. Stay ahead of industry trends and changes, ensuring Raseed remains at the forefront of performance marketing innovations.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth roles.
2. Expertise in mobile-first marketing, including app analytics, user acquisition for mobile apps, and mobile growth strategies.
3. Strong understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, and marketing analytics.
4. Proven ability to optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS while driving sustainable growth.
5. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Singukla, etc.).
6. Strong analytical skills, comfortable making data-driven decisions.
7. A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for testing and learning.
