We re growing fast and need someone who thrives in that rhythm. We launch, learn, and iterate every few weeks not months. Each quarter, we ship a new product utility or launch into a new market. That pace is non-negotiable.

We re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our B2B product portfolio for food suppliers from prototype to production. This is a high-execution role where you ll operate as the connective tissue between commercial goals, engineering delivery, and user needs.

We re counting on you to own delivery, challenge timelines, and be the day-to-day force driving tech output.

What You ll Do:

• Own the full product lifecycle: from idea, to validation, to launch then improve again.
• Run weekly execution sprints and ensure releases are on time and aligned with commercial goals.
• Set and maintain a release tempo: one new utility or market every quarter.
• Prioritize and scope aggressively get to MVP fast, then iterate.
• Use no-code/low-code tools to validate early. If it works, we scale it. If not, we move on.
• Collaborate across teams: Founders, Sales, Design, and Developers.
• Lead development of AI-powered tools, turning real capabilities into real user value.
• Define product metrics, track outcomes, and hold the team to results.
• Keep the team honest and fast: spot blockers early, challenge estimates, and remove bottlenecks.

We re Looking For Someone Who:

• Based in Dubai and excited to collaborate in person
• 3 5 years of experience in Product / Tech, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
• You re a builder: you get satisfaction from shipping, not just planning.
• You combine strategic thinking with a strong bias for action 70% doer, 30% planner.
• Comfortable managing tech teams and holding them accountable to weekly progress
• Fast prototyper you can test ideas with users in days, not weeks
• Experience with or curiosity about AI products, especially where they touch sales, logistics, or automation
• Obsessed with users: you run interviews, ask hard questions, and validate often
• Communicates clearly with both commercial and technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, logistics, or food services.
