Formación
8 to 12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience required.
Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams essential.
Strong exposure to Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industries needed.

Lead and develop a Talent Acquisition team of 34 members.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions.
