Supervisor Vacancy – Abu Dhabi

• The Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to oversee the production process from start to finish ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• This includes monitoring teams’ performance, making sure that safety protocols are followed, liaising with other departments or suppliers when necessary, overseeing quality control measures, and dealing with any customer complaints or queries.
• The Supervisor is also responsible for managing staff schedules, delegating tasks appropriately, training new employees when needed, providing feedback to team members as needed, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly.

Salary: 1300 AED
