Job summary
A leading engineering consultancy based in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Contract Manager responsible for the effective administration and management of construction contracts on site. You'll ensure compliance with contractual agreements and applicable UAE regulations while supporting the supervision consultant in managing risk and commercial interests. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 10-15 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong knowledge of FIDIC conditions and builders' practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction projects.
- Experience in contract management roles.
- Proven experience with Supervision Consultant or Engineers in UAE.
Responsibilities
- Administer construction contracts per FIDIC conditions.
- Manage contractual correspondence and compliance.
- Review and assess claims and variations.
