A leading automotive company in Dubai is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee operations in their automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive dealerships, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include maximizing productivity, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and managing a skilled team to deliver exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our automotive workshop in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of vehicles. You will play a key role in driving performance, fostering a culture of “Fix It Right,” and maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and distributors.
You will be part of our Aftersales department, working closely with the Workshop Manager and a team of skilled technicians. The team is committed to delivering exceptional service quality and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
