Overview of the Role

We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our automotive workshop in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of vehicles. You will play a key role in driving performance, fostering a culture of “Fix It Right,” and maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and distributors.

What You Will Do
  • Maximize sold hours and meet revenue objectives through effective target setting and monitoring.
  • Drive adherence to the Fix It Right program, manage technical reports, and ensure compliance with SOPs and HSSE standards.
  • Oversee attendance, scheduling, productivity, and quality control to ensure on-time vehicle delivery.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching, identify training needs, conduct performance reviews, and promote associate engagement.
  • Manage tools, equipment, consumables, and ensure compliance with distributor requirements.
  • Support Projects and Initiatives: Implement special projects to enhance customer experience and promote continuous improvement through Kaizen activities.
Required Skills to Be Successful
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years in automotive dealerships, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Relevant technical certifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

You will be part of our Aftersales department, working closely with the Workshop Manager and a team of skilled technicians. The team is committed to delivering exceptional service quality and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
