We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in the UAE. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Manage and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence
• Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, filed, and stored in accordance with company standards
• Monitor document control processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Communicate with project team members to track document status and resolve any issues
• Maintain and update document tracking systems and databases
• Ensure all documents are reviewed and approved in a timely manner
• Assist with document formatting and quality control checks
• Prepare document transmittals and distribute to relevant parties
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documents
• Provide support for document audits and assist with implementing corrective actions
• Train new team members on document control procedures and systems
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and implement improvements to the document control process as needed

• UAE National
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures
