A Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry serving Conrad Dubai is always working on behalf of our Guests and in collaboration with other Team Members. This role supports the Pastry leadership team in delivering consistent, high-quality pastry products while maintaining Hilton standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

What will I be doing?

As a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Prepare and present pastry items to Hilton and Conrad Dubai quality standards

Assist in supervising and guiding Commis Chefs and junior team members

Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared accurately for relevant menus

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety, ensuring no cross‑contamination

Ensure all food items are of good quality and stored correctly

Assist in responding positively to guest feedback and operational requirements

Support food cost control through portion control and waste reduction

Maintain effective working relationships across kitchen and hotel departments

Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in training Team Members in line with company procedures

Report maintenance, hygiene, and safety issues in a timely manner

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health, safety, and food safety legislation

Demonstrate environmental awareness and sustainable kitchen practices

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel environment

Strong knowledge of pastry preparation and food hygiene standards

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities:
