Job Title: Accounts & QuickBooks Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the company’s financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
3. Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
5. Manage the company’s QuickBooks accounting software.
6. Prepare financial statements and reports.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
4. Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
5. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
