• Oversee and maintain the organization’s hotel IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage IT-related budgets and stay updated on emerging technologies.
• Provide technical support to staff and limited assistance to guests for IT-related issues.
• Address end-user needs by managing user accounts, including setup, removal, and password resets, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Offer comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot IT systems and hardware.
• Manage and monitor network devices, ensuring reliable performance.
• Administer databases and ensure data integrity.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, safeguarding company assets.
• Comply with information security protocols and property-specific procedures.
• Monitor, operate, and provide training on IT hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Support F&B operations by managing POS requirements, including configuration of menu items, packages, reports, and printer setups.
• Maintain and monitor A/V equipment across the property and outlets.
• Support the deployment of new applications and systems.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all technology devices.
• Prepare status reports for ongoing IT projects.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open cases effectively.
• Provide on-call support for critical incidents as necessary.
• Manage and oversee a 24x7x365 environment, including off-shift work when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant IT certifications and professional training.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in operating systems, software, and network installation and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Hands-on experience with systems such as Opera, Micros, Adaco, and SUN System.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical and reasoning capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicts.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
