Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider is looking for an experienced ERP Consultant / SME with expertise in banking operations and ERP modules. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP solutions. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and a minimum of 8 years of ERP consulting experience. Applicants should have strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or MS Dynamics, and be available for immediate joining.

- Lead ERP implementation, configuration, and optimization for banking-related modules.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ERP solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on ERP functionalities, workflows, and best practices.
- Support vendor onboarding, procurement, contract management, finance, and budgeting processes.
- Conduct system analysis, testing, and user training to ensure smooth ERP adoption.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide timely resolutions to business users.
- Document system designs, workflows, and configurations.
- Ensure ERP solutions comply with banking standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead module-specific implementations.
- Immediate availability preferred.
