- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive business growth.
- Proven experience in restaurant or F&B operations management (3–5 years minimum).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, costs, and inventory effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
