Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Track upcoming renewals using ERP/CRM tools.
- Prepare and send renewal quotes.
- Serve as the point of contact for renewal-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM.

- Track upcoming renewals using ERP/ CRM tools.
- Prepare and send renewal quotes.
- Coordinate with Account Managers or Sales Executives to close renewals in time.
- Ensure on-time contract renewal to avoid service interruptions.
- Serve as the point of contact for basic renewal-related queries.
- Work with customers to address pricing contract terms or minor concerns.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on renewal terms and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/ CRM (like MS CRM/ Inhouse Systems).
- Report on renewal pipeline closed renewals and churn metrics.
- Maintain and Update the renewal data in Internal Tool
- Work along with OEM and Distribution team as and when required
- Upfront Renewal tracking with Partner and Submission along with Sales team part
- Strong Communication Skills; understanding of tools like Microsoft CRM/MS Office; good team player
