Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Mastery
Strategically identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, email marketing, and social platforms.
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth.
Design and execute winning sales strategies aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Deliver impactful product demos and tailored sales presentations to decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and ensure win-win outcomes.
Cultivate long-term client relationships, proactively solving problems and adding value.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Stay ahead of the curve by tracking digital trends, competitors, and emerging tech.
Use insights from market research to fine-tune messaging and identify growth opportunities.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Guide and mentor sales team members, helping them hit their stride and exceed targets.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive a unified go-to-market approach.
Sales Performance & Strategic Reporting
Monitor sales metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Present actionable insights and forecasts to leadership to inform strategy and planning.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 7 Years of experience
Proven success in digital or tech sales—bonus if you’ve sold IT solutions before.
Stellar communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong negotiator with a track record of closing complex deals.
CRM-savvy and comfortable using sales enablement tools.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
Native Arabic-speaking nationals are preferred.
