Responsibilities and Duties

1. Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the SMB segment.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their unique business challenges and goals.
3. Provide expert guidance on AWS services and solutions, translating customer needs into impactful cloud strategies.
4. Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, forecasting, and progress tracking to meet sales targets and KPIs.
5. Work with internal teams, including technical architects and solutions engineers, to design and deliver AWS solutions that align with customer objectives.
6. Lead the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure ongoing customer success and satisfaction post-sale, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen relationships and expand service offerings.
