Job description
Key Responsibilities of the Position
  • Sales & Business Growth: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Proactively identify and engage potential customers, develop sales strategies, and execute them independently.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges and position Managed Security & cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions to meet their needs.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute a sales plan to penetrate new markets, establish relationships, and expand our customer base in UAE or KSA.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with CISOs, IT security teams, and cloud decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Results-Driven Approach: Maintain a strong pipeline, track performance metrics, and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
Key Skills Required
  • 5+ years of proven success in sales of managed security services (SOC, SIEM, MDR, compliance) and cloud solutions (AWS, OCI, GCP).
  • Strong network and sales experience in UAE
  • Hunter mindset – highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving business independently.
  • Experience selling to enterprise customers, CISOs, IT leaders, and cloud decision-makers.
  • Ability to strategize, negotiate, and close complex deals with high-value clients.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Soft Skills Required
  • Extremely Good Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
