As part of our global expansion, we are entering the Middle East market and are looking for a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead our operations in the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in scaling our brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences to businesses and communities across the region.

• Lead the strategic development and growth of Wallace Vending LLC in the Middle East.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients in the region.
• Drive business performance by overseeing day-to-day operations, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring financial success.
• Develop and execute marketing, sales, and operational strategies tailored to the Middle East market.
• Provide leadership to a growing regional team and foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
• Represent Wallace Vending LLC in high-level meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Work closely with the executive team in the U.S. to ensure alignment with global strategies and objectives.

• Proven track record in senior leadership roles (CEO or equivalent) within the Middle East region.
• Extensive experience in the consumer goods, hospitality, or vending industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of regional markets, customer preferences, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to set and execute long-term strategic goals and vision for company growth.

• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience in driving profitability, revenue growth, and managing P&L.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and investors.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills, with a focus on forging strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Proven ability to represent the company at high-level meetings, industry events, and conferences.

• Experience in managing day-to-day operations and streamlining processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and quality control in a vending or consumer goods context.
• Ability to balance operational efficiency with delivering exceptional customer experience.

• Understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices in the Middle East.
• Ability to adapt leadership style to diverse teams and customers across the region.
• Experience working in or with multicultural teams is highly beneficial.

• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
