General Description

The Director, Partner Markets Operations will be acting as a strong enthusiastic and passionate leader with a hands‑on approach and full accountability for developing and implementing a strong partnership with our business partners across the Middle East and North Africa commercial goals in the Business Partner Markets.

He/she will work in strong cross‑functional collaboration (Medical Affairs, Market Access, HR, Finance, Regulatory, etc.) as well as working in a very dynamic and fast environment with the ability to navigate in a matrix organization within Country and Region.

The Director, Partner Markets Operations will oversee the generation of insights from the therapeutic field by our business partners, and the translation of these insights into a comprehensive, cross‑functional strategy & suggested tactics with new innovative tools that accelerate the delivery of our impactful and innovative medications to the right eligible patients. Further, he/she will guide our business partners through a clear positioning and an aligned communication approach, including messaging, and in close collaboration with local and regional Commercial, Medical and Market Access departments in the field. This position will lead the development of tactics and tools for the field force to effectively address customer needs.

The role will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Essential Functions of the Job
  • Foster a leadership culture which attracts, develops, coaches and retains talent.
  • Guide and support the business partners to develop and revise business strategies through continuous follow‑up, insights and market research and identify therapeutic hurdles, opportunities, and trends.
  • Support the development of inclusive launch strategies and drive launch excellence as the business partners’ Brand Team Lead for our portfolio.
  • Active part on the future success of the MENA and New Markets organization, creating effective internal communication and fostering teamwork.
  • Business acumen with strong results orientation and analytical skills, including experience with developing and testing assumptions, developing forecasts and regularly assessing them, determining commercial value, assessing risks, and identifying business opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of strategies and tactics through various programs/channels including digital to ensure that HCPs can develop a preference for BeOne Product(s) based on the clinical and health economic evidence as well as relevant product services. The work is performed in close collaboration with the relevant functions (Medical, Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance etc).
  • Support with the needed guidance the execution of activities and projects at National & Regional levels (if needed).
  • Establish & maintain strong relationships with our business partners and understand the clinical/scientific details for their commercial success.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with new product launch in oncology and Haemato‑Oncology Field.
  • Commercial Operations experience and skills (Sales, Marketing, Analysis and Insights, SF effectiveness, Access & pricing is a huge plus).
  • Experienced in Area planning, SF sizing, metrics and KPIs including performance Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of commercial strategy, opportunities, and risks.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in person and virtual.
  • Agility, decision‑making, external focus, problem solving, positive attitude and curiosity, driven by innovation and excellence, creative, professional with high integrity.
