Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
Manage security staff and coordinate security activities
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Monitor security systems, CCTV, and alarm systems
Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement authorities
Conduct security audits and inspections
Train security personnel on safety and emergency procedures
Prepare security reports and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field
Proven experience in security management, preferably in the UAE
Knowledge of UAE security laws and regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Certification in security management or related fields is a plus
