David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Security Manager for their Gaming studios in Ras Al Khaimah UAE.

Position: Security Manager

Location: Ras Al Khaimah UAE

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and coordinate security protocols to protect company personnel and assets reporting directly to the Head of Security Safety and Facility.
  • Oversee security operations ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Lead the security teams response during emergencies and manage communication with employees during these events.
  • Supervise the onboarding and integration of new security personnel.
  • Conduct training sessions for the security team and collaborate with external providers for additional training programs.
  • Perform regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Work with external partners to install maintain and optimize security systems ensuring their continuous functionality.
  • Monitor employee adherence to security policies and regulations ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Review past security incidents to develop proactive strategies and enhance response plans.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive information refraining from disclosing any data obtained through your role to outside parties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a military police national security or similar background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a security management position.
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols risk management and emergency response planning.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effective team management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to integrity confidentiality and professional ethics.
  • Skilled in operating and troubleshooting security technology and systems.
  • Experience collaborating with law enforcement agencies and external security providers.
