Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related fields (preferred but not essential).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and think logically under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies compliant with laws and regulations.
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access controls.
• Supervise security staff across shifts.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.
