Publication Manager

We are presently searching for a knowledgeable Magazine Manager.

Core Job Duties:

The Publications Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all aircraft documentation is updated within the designated time frame. The job involves upgrading the Aircraft/OCC Library and Message Trip Documentation across various systems. Additionally, it includes responsibilities such as monitoring aircraft fuel flow, managing licensing and invoices for timely payments to suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor aircraft fuel intake efficiently and report to management.
  2. Oversee the surveillance, prompt purchase, collection, dissemination, and updating of aircraft documentation and OCC library.
  3. Liaise with external providers to obtain the latest documentation and maintain annual memberships.
  4. Ensure all flight records on board and in the OCC library are current.
  5. Retrieve post-flight files from aircraft and update systems accordingly.
  6. Verify and process post-flight records and forward them to clients as needed.
  7. Maintain message flight records based on business requirements.
  8. Perform regular aircraft documentation checks.
  9. Conduct aircraft documentation training and audits as necessary.
  10. Verify invoices related to catering, navigation, airport, overflight authorizations, and other documentation, then forward to finance.
  11. Submit records to external regulatory agencies and internal divisions as required.
  12. Ensure safety, quality, security, and compliance within the area of responsibility.
  13. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
