Front Office Supervisor
Job summary
A luxury hotel in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor. The role requires prior experience in a similar position, preferably with 3 years of experience. Successful candidates will have excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to handle guest complaints professionally, and familiarity with PMS software. A positive attitude and flexibility to work shifts are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic front office team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role (3 years preferred).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Supervise the front office operations.
