A leading GCC recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Officer specialized in fashion. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in women's fashion recruitment and fluency in both English and Arabic. Competitive salary of up to 10K AED based on qualifications. Qualificações

- At least 4 years of recruitment experience within the fashion or related industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frontliners.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including documentation and compliance checks.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frontliners.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Open to Arabic nationals, aged 45 and below.
- Must have proven expertise in the retail sector, specifically in women’s fashion.
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience within the fashion or fashion-related industry.
- Must be excellent in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
