Job summary

A retail company in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to generate and manage inventory reports and ensure data consistency across platforms. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with various teams. Responsibilities include tracking stock movements, providing inventory insights, and supporting audits. This role requires excellent communication and numerical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports.
• Track and reconcile GIT, stock adjustments, and bin transfers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing for periodic and annual physical inventory counts.
• Identify and highlight inventory variances or system issues.
• Ensure data consistency between SAP and Excel dashboards.
• Support audits and provide required inventory documentation.
• Work closely with the BI/Analytics team to enhance dashboards and reporting automation.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports (e.g., stock ageing, stock availability, stock movement, inventory discrepancies, etc.)
• Track and reconcile GIT, stock adjustments, and bin transfers
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow
• Monitor inventory KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, stock accuracy, fill rate, etc.) and provide actionable insights
• Assist in preparing for periodic and annual physical inventory counts
• Identify and highlight inventory variances or system issues for timely resolution
• Ensure data consistency between SAP and Excel dashboards
• Support audits and provide required inventory documentation
• Work closely with the BI/Analytics team to enhance dashboards and reporting automation
