Job summary
A leading hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee operations in various outlets like restaurants and bars. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction while training staff and developing strategies to increase revenue. Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Certificate and knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Supervise operations of food and beverage outlets including restaurants and bars.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Oversee menu planning and pricing for appealing selections.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
